PENTA FAMILY IN HUMAN DESIGN
We know that family life can be wonderful, but sometimes it can also be challenging. That’s why we’d like to introduce you to our family consultancy.
With our approach, you’ll have the opportunity to better understand the dynamics of your family and discover the uniqueness of each of its members. We use a technique called Penta analysis, which allows us to understand the energy created by all family members and how it influences the family environment.
With this analysis, you’ll be able to create an environment of acceptance and understanding of each individual’s uniqueness in your family, without judgment or blame. And best of all, this will help you and your family find more awareness and harmony in your lives.
However, before we begin, it’s important that at least one of the two parents has already undergone Personal Archetypes Analysis and has been following the internal authority strategy for a period of at least 3 months. This way, we can ensure that the results of the consultancy are the best possible.

WHERE IS THE FOCUS
OF THE PROBLEM?
First, it is important to understand that there is no problem. It is what it is.
The family consultancy is a study aimed at helping individuals understand their family as it is, not as they think it should be. It helps understand the dynamics of a group of 3 or more people, which can be family, a group of friends, society, or colleagues at work.
With this consultancy, you’ll be able to understand where this focus lies within your home/company, thus relieving a tremendous amount of pressure from the individuals in that space. Pressure that these individuals often believe they are responsible for in some way.

First, what is a Penta? A Penta in Human Design is how we describe and map the energy of a small group (a family, a small company, a team within a larger organization, etc.).
It’s a “trans-auric form” – an energetic shape created when the auras of 3 or more people come together (and as people leave or join the group, it changes).
The Penta is the trans-auric form for groups of fewer than 9 people (most commonly 3-5), while the WA/OC16 is the trans-auric form for groups of 10 or more (large families, large groups of friends, in-person lectures, etc.).
Being in a small group of 3 to 9 people happens all the time in our lives (with our families, friends, neighbors, teams, at work, in mentors, etc.), and you may feel that the group’s energy is different from how you feel alone or even with just one more person.
I found it very affirming to learn about the Penta, and it helped explain a lot of my comfort or discomfort in small groups throughout my life. (Which is really similar to Human Design in general, giving us a lot of permission and affirmation of what we already know to be true deep down.)

- The Penta takes from us what it needs and ignores the rest. The area within the blue square is the ONLY part of the Design that matters to the Penta.
- Many differences make it difficult for a team to be cohesive and work together, so the Penta “homogenizes” the group.
- It treats everyone in the group as a Generator (it’s a sacral form).
YES. Since the Penta is interested ONLY in the definition within the Penta’s area of the body graph, having a channel in this area connects you to the natural flow of the Penta, and the group naturally recognizes one or more of your innate abilities and talents.

NO = You probably won’t enjoy around a small group for long. Without a defined Penta channel, you may not feel recognized for your true abilities and talents within the group. Your strengths are found outside the Penta.
STEP 2 : Where is your definition?
SUPERIOR = You will feel more comfortable in a small group when they have a defined role (leadership). This will mainly happen naturally because the Penta will call you to a role. If you are not assigned a role, it will be difficult for you to feel successful.

INFERIOR = you will need to be managed in the small group to succeed. How happy are you to be managed? If you feel comfortable being managed (by the right leader), you may enjoy working in a small group. If you find it difficult to be managed, you probably won’t feel comfortable working in a small group.
STEP 3 : What is your Type?




GERADOR/MG = Pentas are designed for sacral beings. You will probably feel more comfortable in a small group (taking into account the responses from Stages 1 and 2, of course).
PROJETOR = Working within a Penta as a non-sacral, you may feel uncomfortable and exhausted in a small group if you can’t rest. *Note: Projectors are ideally designed to be the Alpha outside of the Penta, leading and guiding it to success.
MANIFESTOR = Being a non-sacral type and someone designed to work and act independently, you weren’t really designed to work in a Penta. A small group may feel uncomfortable and restrictive.
REFLECTOR = As a non-sacral type, you weren’t really designed to work in Pentas. A small group may feel uncomfortable and overwhelming.
STEP 4: How do you assimilate information?

INDEPENDENT (Single Definition) = Because you are independent and can process information quickly, you may not feel as comfortable in a small group. It may feel like the group is holding you back.
COLLABORATIVE (Split Definition) = You will probably work well in a small group because you are designed to work with others to overcome your split.
SYNTHESIZING (Triple Split Definition) = You may feel stuck in a small group as you are designed to interact with many different people throughout the day. It may work if you can constantly enter and exit the group or multiple groups frequently.
SUBJECTIVE (Quadruple Split Definition) = You may find it difficult to operate in a small group because you process things slowly and may have more difficulty adjusting to others (in a sense, it’s more that others need to adjust to you).
OBJECTIVE (Undefined, also known as Reflector) = You weren’t really designed to work in Pentas. A small group may feel uncomfortable and overwhelming.
NOTE: It ALWAYS depends on each individual’s personal decision-making strategy (strategy and authority) to know what is right for you at any given time. There are NO absolutes. A certain team may be right for you for a certain period of your life and then feel that it is no longer correct. There are also many ways to work nowadays, so working “in the aura” is not necessarily the bulk of how you spend the day.
